Training

We deliver an intensive 4-month program where our students are exposed to and enabled to acquire cutting-edge digital skills sets and leadership mindset in an immersive environment. Through an agile delivery methodology, mentor matching, and leadership modules, our elite faculty are equipped to impact students with techniques and a leadership attitude that allow them to compete in/with any team anywhere in the world.

Projects

As part of our learning model, we expose our trainees to real-life applications and projects. We ensure they are well-equipped to design programs both individually and in teams during these projects. This aspect of our program provides the participants with verifiable work experience and the confidence to excel in their jobs after graduation.

Internships

At the end of the program, we strategically place our siliconized trainees in a carefully selected set of partner organizations for skill-firming internship or full-time engagement; (most are matched with our hiring partners to join their engineering teams full-time or intern, either remotely or in person).
